7 carrier working procedure
7.1 the general manager shall send orders to the injection molding department. The injection molding department shall contact the relevant departments according to the order requirements, and prepare the molds and related materials.
7.2 before production, the injection molding department shall set the technical parameters of the carrier according to the product drawings and customer requirements. And provide the samples to QC inspection, if the sample size, appearance, and related functions are qualified, then continue to produce, if the sample requirements, QC should be reflected in the molding department in time, so that molding department can follow up adjusting the process parameters, to ensure product quality of drawing and customer requirements.
7.3 during the production process, QC shall check periodically to ensure the quality is within the relevant requirements. And the test results are recorded in the inspection report.
